Geneva Grace Stratton is on her way to Tina. She
boarded the postal bus this morning. Geneva Grace wished to sum up her visit: "I have had quite a time here in the country. The big storm was very exciting and living without electricity was certainly an experience. I made many scientific observations during this time. We measured the big tree that fell across the driveway and examined the root structure closely. What a good opportunity for my studies! As for relaxation, I had quite a lot of fun climbing on the hay wagon and those big tractors. I think I LOVE big tractors!!! Vroom, vroom!!! And what a wonderful time we had with the air pressure gauges and oil combinations. The Mr. was very surprised by our expertise in these matters. And of course the tea parties in that lovely little gazebo were refreshing. Cousin Ida is a fine hostess. The girls here love to play with their farm animals and it was pleasant to indulge them. All in all my stay here in the country was nice but now I am ready for more adventures! Onward and outward I say!! Perhaps to bright lights and sophistication?!"
