In this swap you will make a Patriotic Dress for Hitty. The dress should be able to fit artist Hittys to Raikes Hittys. The waist should either be adjustable, uses a belt, or merely add a snap for the best fit. Please use either a Patriotic Fabric, or Red/White/Blue theme. Trims should be to scale on the dress. You may include two extras (not required), but no more with this dress. As always, do your best work!
