Final Thoughts:

I, for one, enjoyed The Borrowers very much.  I am going to continue on and finish the entire series.  Weird that I never read these as a kid.  Reading was one of my very favorite pastimes, but somehow I did not read any of the books we have read through the Hitty group.  That's awesome!!  It’s never too late. 

One of my goals this year is to do at least one project from each book we read.  Since I work 40 hours a week, time sometimes gets away from me, and maybe it is too overwhelming to think of doing a project for every chapter.  If I stick to one project for each book, that will be great.

I have enjoyed each book we have read, and what I love is one can participate as much as one wants...or not.

I enjoyed The Borrowers first and second books the best.  I like the idea of one project from each book read that might be doable.

Sounds like a plan.  We have read about five books now (?? maybe 6??) and I am going back to do a project from each.  That will be fun, and very easy to plan for as the projects are listed in the book section of Hittygirls.

I loved the Borrowers so much that I continued on and read the whole series and want to start it over again.
